In its 12 years since IPO, Alibaba has never been this oversold. Lowest daily RSI reading since 2014.
I would start buying 1/3 of my position now, another 1/3 if it falls further, plus another 1/3 if it falls even further. I usually don't buy the full position immediately because prices can go further than I expected. If it does, then I would get a better average price in. If it doesn't, then I am in profit anyway.
